These terms cover your use of purgeinbox.com, including the guides and the PurgeInbox waitlist. PurgeInbox is operated by THE CHAT WIDGET LLC ("we", "us"). By using this website, you agree to these terms.
PurgeInbox is an inbox cleanup tool that is still in development. Before the app launches, we'll publish terms for the app itself, including subscriptions and payments.
The website and guides
Our guides are general information about email providers' own tools, written from those providers' published help pages. Email providers change their products, and we can't guarantee every detail is current or applies to your account. Follow any steps at your own risk, and keep copies of anything you can't afford to lose before you delete it.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist doesn't create an account or reserve a price, plan or launch date. We may change, delay or discontinue PurgeInbox or the waitlist at any time. How we handle your waitlist details is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse this website: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated sign-ups, no submitting other people's email addresses to the waitlist, and nothing unlawful.
Who can use it
PurgeInbox is not intended for children under 16.
Our content
The PurgeInbox name, logo, artwork and guide text belong to us. You're welcome to link to our guides and quote short passages with a link back. Please don't copy whole guides. Other companies' product names belong to their owners, and PurgeInbox is not affiliated with them.
No warranty
This website is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of this website or its guides. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, and disputes are resolved in the courts of New York.
